Lucknow Super Giants have set a target of 210 runs for against Delhi Capitals in the fourth match of IPL 2025 in Visakhapatnam. For LSG, Nicholas Pooran and Mitchell Marsh turned out to be stars with their fiery half-centuries respectively. Marsh scored 72 runs off 26 balls while Pooran got out after smashing 75 runs off 30 balls.
During his knock, Nicholas Pooran took charge in the 13th over of the innings, bowled by Tristan Stubbs and went on to smash the DC spinner for 28 runs in an over. After missing the first ball, Pooran smashed the next four balls for four consecutive sixes. After that, the left-hander got a four on the last ball, smashing 28 runs in a single over.
Talking about the match, coming to bat first after losing the toss, LSG got a flying start as Mitchell Marsh and Aiden Markram added 46 runs for the first wicket in 4.4 overs.
Markram got out after scoring 15(13) runs. After that, Nicholas Pooran joined Marsh at the crease as the duo put up a partnership of 87 runs for the second wicket. Marsh got out after scoring 72(36) runs, hitting six fours and as many sixes.
After that, Nicholas Pooran took charge and went on to smash 70(35) runs, hitting six four and seven sixes. However, LSG kpet losing regular wickets in middle-overs as skipper Rishabh Pant, Ayush Badoni and Shardul Thakur got out poorly.

After that, David Miller gave finishing touches with his unbeaten 27* runs off 19 balls, hitting one four and two sixes as LSG posted 209/8 in their 20 overs. or Delhi Capitals, Mitchell Starc took three scalps, Kuldeep Yadav took two, while Vipraj Nigam and Mukesh Kumar scalped a wicket each.
