India vs West Indies 2nd T20I : Kieron pollard hoping to make his 100th match a memorable one

kieron pollard, captain of the current West Indies limited overs team, will play his 100th international Twenty20 match Friday (18) against India. He made his T20I debut in 2008 under the captaincy of DJ Bravo.

Pollard has been able to serve the team for 14 years now and many changes have taken place in the team so far. That means a lot of players have come in and left the team. Also, some players gave priority only to franchise cricket. But pollard has come so far in balance.

The second T20i match is being played today in Eden Gardens, India and everyone is looking at this big man today who will use his tactics to make his 100th match a memorable one.

Having played in international T20 internationals for over 14 years, as a middle-order batsman, he is an influential player who can score 30 runs or take a wicket whenever he wants to bowl.

He has scored 1561 Runs With six half-centuries. He has also taken 42 wickets in 99 matches.

The two-time world champions have suffered a major setback in the T20 World Cup in the UAE Last Year, and it has been a pivotal role for him to win that honor in Australia this year.

In Antigua last year, Kieron Pollard, who become only the second player after Yuvraj Singh to hit six sixes in an over in a T20 international and the third player to achieve the feat in all international formats.  He was a member of the West Indies team that won the 2012 World Championship and has won five titles with the Mumbai Indians.
