The West Indies women’s team qualified for the semi-finals after losing Indian women’s against to south africa women’s.

The South African women’s cricket team won the final ball of the Women’s World Cup by 03 wickets in the 28th match between India and South Africa today.

Batting first, India scored 274 runs for the loss of 07 wickets in 50 overs. Smriti Mandhana was the top scorer and she scored 71. Also Mithali Raj scoring 68 and Shafail Verma scoring 53.

South Africa chased down a target of 275 runs and Won the match in the final ball. Laura Wolvaardt was the team’s top scorer, with Mignon Du Preez contributing 52 runs. Lara Goodall was out for 49 in front of her half-century.

The West Indies women’s team qualified for the semi-finals after losing to a strong Indian team. They celebrated the victory of the hotel where they were staying after the defeat of the Indian team.

 

The West Indies will play Australia in the semi-finals on March 30.
