WATCH – Chris Gayle takes the shalwar challenge; gets surprised by the waist size

West Indies’ Chris Gayle played two matches for Quetta Gladiators in the sixth edition of the Pakistan Super League before being called up to the national team and flown to the Caribbean.

However, before departure, the batsman accepted the shalwar challenge.’

Chris Gayle accepted a challenge from Shalwar before leaving the PSL. Here Gayle was instructed to wear a shawl within 2 minutes and he did.

Gayle was surprised to see the waist size of the shawl. He was curious as to who had such a large waist. He also urged people to avoid animal foods.

“What?? Whose waist is this,” he asked. “This person eats too much!! I don’t know what this person has been eating. [Is this] extra large? It’s gotta be a joke.”

He continued saying the person should “stay away from meat” and “he should be a proper vegan”.

However, Gayle played only two games for Quetta Gladiators that season. Although the team lost both games but Gayle was able to come out on top performance in both games. In those two matches, he scored 107 runs for his team.
